Teddy's Back on Substack After Two Very Slow News Weeks

Gee whiz, it’s been almost two weeks since Teddy’s last Substack on April 20.
Was that April 2021 or 2022?
Elon Musk bought Twitter, CNN+ shut down in under 30 days, Netlfix stock dropped 35% and Elon tweeted a dozen red pills.
Then last night, Politico dropped the bombshell that they were in possession of a leaked 67 page draft opinion (with a 31 page appendix) written by Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel Alito.
“The immediate impact of the ruling as drafted in February would be to end a half-century guarantee of federal constitutional protection of abortion rights and allow each state to decide whether to restrict or ban abortion. It’s unclear if there have been subsequent changes to the draft.”
“No draft decision in the modern history of the court has been disclosed publicly while a case was still pending. The unprecedented revelation is bound to intensify the debate over what was already the most controversial case on the docket this term.”
Within hours, we had barricades and hundreds of angry protesters in front of the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice John Roberts confirmed today that the draft opinion is authentic, and has ordered an investigation into who leaked Alito’s draft opinion.
Alito’s draft opinion was written in February, the vote was only 5-4, and the opinion isn’t expected to be officially released until July. So this judgement is not set in stone.
Opinions can change over five months and vote trading happens. But most political pundits seem to agree that this draft will closely resemble the final version.
The most important thing to understand is this potential ruling would NOT outlaw abortion in the United States.
It throws it back to the states, where the people and elected officials can vote and make changes to their local abortion laws through legislature.
Who was the leaker and why did they leak it?
Bari Weiss called a top professor at a prestigious law school to get his take on whodunit.
“To me, the leak is not surprising because many of the people we’ve been graduating from schools like Yale are the kind of people who would do such a thing.”
“They think that everything is violence. And so everything is permitted.”
“I’m sure this person sees themselves as a whistleblower. What they don’t understand is that, by leaking this, they violate the trust that is necessary to maintain the institution.”
Teddy’s hypothesis:
The leaker is a far left Democrat political operative in his late twenties who graduated from Yale or Harvard and works as a clerk at the Supreme Court.
This young man fashions himself as the Luke Skywalker of 'The Resistance’. He thought nothing of betraying the trust of his Supreme Court colleagues or the hallowed, venerable institution itself.
Fake Luke’s noble purpose supersedes all ethics, morals and loyalty.
Fake Luke saw that all the polls and trends were pointing towards a Republican landslide in November.
Biden’s catastrophic approval ratings combined with growing voter outrage over soaring inflation, sky-high gas prices, the Afghanistan disaster, sketchy dealings with Ukraine and Covid-19 tyranny meant that November was almost certainly going to be a blood bath.
If Democrats held a brainstorm session last month on the best ways to energize and rally their party, overturning Roe v. Wade would probably rank near the top.
This leak is a Democrat’s dream come true.
Bombshell opinion gets magically leaked and it’s 100% certain to trigger outrage, galvanize voters and grab major headlines.
I wouldn’t be shocked if the leaker comes out and admits he or she did it within the next 24 hours. They want recognition, glorification by far left media puppets and a big fat book deal.

Even though there’s still 5 months and a couple weeks remaining until he takes full control of Twitter, it feels like Musk has already seen a significant return on his investment.
The collective freak-out by the far left - especially the Beltway, Big Tech and NYC laptop class - proves that their new Orwellian buzzwords (disinformation, misinformation and malinformation) are not about silencing hate speech.
These words are used to silence speech they hate.
Do you really think Democrats who are now barely clinging power and looking at an angry Red Tsunami of fed-up voters in the 2022 midterms are going sit back and watch this “free speech absolutist” take over the de facto town square without a fight?
