BREAKING: WHO Releases Tech Specs and Blueprint for Global Digital ID and Vaccine Certification
The World Health Organization (WHO) unleashed this horrifying, dystopian 80 page PDF on Friday, August 27.
'Digital documentation of COVID-19 certificates: Vaccination status'
'Technical specifications and implementation guidance'
The WHO released a guide with tech specs and a blueprint for every government on Earth to collaborate on a massive global digital tracking and surveillance system. From the ‘Overview’:
“The concept of Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates (DDCC) is proposed as a mechanism by which a person’s COVID-19-related health data can be digitally documented via an electronic certificate.”
More from the WHO:
“A digital vaccination certificate that documents a person’s current vaccination status to protect against COVID-19 can then be used for continuity of care or as proof of vaccination for purposes other than health care.”
Purposes OTHER than healthcare?!
That’s right. They want to track ALL your personal data on this digital passport / ID. MORE WHO:
“It will be up to the Member State to determine the mechanism for unique identification of the Subject of Care.”
It’s going to be attached to your social security digits, driver’s license, health insurance, criminal record, social media accounts, credit scores and a bonanza of everyone’s private personal info The WHO informs us that since paper-based vaccination cards are “easily lost and prone to fraud”, digital tech is greatly preferable, since it “can be leveraged to facilitate large-scale vaccination campaigns.”
HOWEVER!
WHO says:
“A digital certificate should never require individuals to have a smartphone or computer.”
“The link between the paper record and the digital record can be established using a one-dimensional (1D) or two-dimensional (2D) barcode, for example, printed on or affixed to the paper vaccination card.”
Out of scope
This four-fang truth bomb proves these people are diabolical, ruthless and must be stopped with ferocious backlash this fall. Or this winter is going to be cold. Four shocking things the WHO told developers are OUT of this project scope:
Recording and handling of vaccine adverse event reporting
Digital documentation of history of Covid-19 infection
Digital documentation of Covid-19 recovery status (because of uncertainty around any immunity status (?!) arising from recovery)
Digital documentation of Covid-19 lab test results
Scariest Sentence in the entire WHO PDF:
"Use of a DDCC:VS to restrict the right to freedom to movement and other human rights is only justified when it supports the pursuit of a legitimate aim during a public health emergency and is provided for by law, proportionate, of limited duration, based on scientific evidence, and not imposed in an arbitrary, unreasonable or discriminatory manner."
